Items may be collected from the Studio in Alexandria Sydney. Select "studio collection" at the checkout and contact me with the date and time you would prefer to arrange collection.
Delivery Within Australia
Homewares will be delivered to your door within 5-7 days of purchase items will be sent through Australia registered post. Delivery charges are included in the price. Furniture will be delivered within Australia within 7- 14 days delivery charge is added at checkout.
Please contact me through the contact page for a quote on international delivery. I will respond within 24hrs to your request.
Easy Returns & Exchanges

Change of mind
If you have ordered an in-store item and not a custom design you may return your purchase within five days of delivery. As long as we receive the item unused and undamaged we will offer you a store credit to the amount of the initial sale. Please send returns to 282 Wyndham Street, Alexandria NSW 2015 at your cost along with an email notifying us of your change of mind.
Sale items and seconds cannot be returned due to change of mind.
Custom orders May not be returned.
Store credit Valid for one year from date of issue.
Items damaged in transit
This is a rare occurrence however should this occur a full refund will be provided for any items that are deemed to have been damaged in transit. Notification must be made within 24hrs of receiving the product and photographs of the damage must be provided through email. Please allow up to 4 weeks for the refund to appear in your bank account. This includes the time required for the postal service and insurer to formally access the damage, and the time taken for the refund to be processed by me, and then your bank.
If you prefer, a store credit or replacement (if possible) can be provided.
